 Ours is a constantly evolving menu, based on fresh and seasonal raw materials, which are able to tell the flavors of Florence and Italy. We look for the genuineness of the taste and then we put some of our style into it. Meat or fish? It makes no difference: every Florentine steak, every Viareggina soup, every Mugello tortello, every seafood spaghetti is prepared with the exact same philosophy and research into ingredients. A proper trattoria, then, cannot fail to have special dishes: the “Paccheri de’ Ganzi”, the pici with lobster or with crumbs and burrata, the lampredotto au gratin with potatoes and porcini mushrooms, the fried seafood ' Ganzi, up to the famous “Cheesecake de’ Ganzi” and pistachio panna cotta, every day you can discover something new and delicious.
